Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Unopened Items:

Eligible for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee.

Must be in original, sealed packaging with no damage to the box.
Opened Items:

Eligible for a partial refund minus a 25% restocking fee.

Must be in like-new condition with all parts, manuals, and accessories included.

Items showing signs of installation, wear, or damage will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-built or special-order products.

Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse.

Clearance or final sale items.
