  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Unopened Items:

  • Eligible for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee.

  • Must be in original, sealed packaging with no damage to the box.

Opened Items:

  • Eligible for a partial refund minus a 25% restocking fee.

  • Must be in like-new condition with all parts, manuals, and accessories included.

  • Items showing signs of installation, wear, or damage will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-built or special-order products.

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Custom apparel (includes all apparel) our apparel is made to order.Β
